Room to breathe
When we renovated these apartments, we planned them around generous rooms and high ceilings. Instead of squeezing three bedrooms into the 50 m² suite, as is common in Spain, we made one bedroom and one large living and dining room with an open kitchen and a balcony. The 30 m² studio is just as spacious and bright, with two windows.
All furniture and appliances are new, and the apartments have everything you need for a self-catering stay. If you need something special, tell us and we will sort it out.

Location
The building curves around the open-air amphitheatre of Aigüera Park, one of the greenest corners of Benidorm. Across the street there are playgrounds, shaded paths and an outdoor gym. The old town, the beaches and the tram are all within walking distance.

- Check-in
- From 15:00 to 21:00. Please tell us your arrival time in advance. Arrival after 21:00 is only possible by prior arrangement, is not guaranteed and is charged extra.
- Check-out
- Until 12:00.
- Security deposit
- €150 in cash on arrival, returned in full at check-out after the apartment is checked.
- Registration
- Spanish law requires every guest to register within 24 hours of arrival. We send a simple online form.
- Children
- Children of all ages are welcome. A cot for children up to 2 years is free on request.
- House rules
- No smoking, no pets, no parties. Quiet hours from 23:00 to 08:00.
